Willow House Wednesdays: Nola Party Bucket

Today I want to take a closer look at the Nola Party Bucket with Stand (page 9, spring catalog). I think this is a MUST HAVE for spring and summer entertaining. I'm in love with the generous size and classic styling. I'm going to share some ideas and then I have a favor to ask of you!

The obvious use for this bucket is filled with ice and beverages. I love how our stylists used the Ashford Bedside Sets (page 29) filled with various drinks in this presentation. I also like that two liter drinks can snuggle nicely into this bucket.

A good friend and fellow consultant, Bridget Price, shared the idea to use the stand and coaster as a serving tray. You could still fill the bucket with ice and drinks and then display other drinks or glasses on the stand. This way you are getting twice the bang for your buck!

I am finally disassembling my spring centerpiece hoping for new inspiration to come my way. While doing so I threw a few of the items onto this tray and you can see how easily a centerpiece can come together. Fabulous!

I love how the bucket looks in the guest bath filled with towels. Very welcoming!

I LOVE this piece and think everyone should have at least one. I also want to feel good about the investment my customers make in this piece. I have shared four ideas but that is just a drop in the bucket, heh.

Now I need your help! My goal is to come up with at least TWENTY uses. Let's get creative together! What comes to mind for you? Thank you for your help!!!

It would look great as a plant holder - say several hydrangeas or at the holidays poinsettias. Or for a practical use, a magazine holder.

Hi! My Nola Bucket is on it's way and should be waiting for me when I get home from work tomorrow. I think it would make a great bridal shower gift and you could fill it with our bottle decapper and some other barware. You could also add our drink mixes.

I think I may borrow your idea for Willow House Wednesdays. Is that okay? You can email me at myitaliangrandmother@hotmail.com

Thanks!

For the fall, you could add a brick of foam in the bottom of the center, and add a pumpkin on top of the brick, then fill in all around it with mums......

Be sure and tie on a bottle opener with a cute ribbon to the handle of the bucket...to match your party decor!
